We promote an environment that reduces the likelihood of accidents through the enforcement of our Comprehensive Safety Program including regular safety training sessions, recognition of safe work practices, full-time use of personal protection equipment, and the clear expectation that our employees must work safely. Our safety director Tom Allen, has many years of experience in safety training and OSHA standards. Tom also partners with the local AGC chapter and OSHA to keep our team aware of and following the latest in safety compliance.
